Chris Clark, FCPA, FCA

Chris was the former chief executive officer and senior partner of PwC from July 2005 to July 2011. Prior to being elected as chief executive officer, he was a national managing partner and a member of the firm's Executive Committee from 2001 to 2005. Chris graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Commerce and the University of Toronto with a Master of Business Administration. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant.

Chris is a corporate director and chair of the Audit Committee of Loblaw Companies Limited and Air Canada. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust and Hydro One Inc. In addition to his public company board memberships, he is on the board of Alpine Canada and is a member of the Advisory Council of Queen's University School of Business.
