Cay Gliebe

Cay leads OSV’s marketing department, a corporate sales development team that qualifies leads and a product development team specializing in new, market-wide product rollouts. Her position brings the voice of the customer together with OSV’s product and marketing functions to better determine their future direction and messaging.

Cay has been recognized by the HROA as a North American Thought Leader of the Year. She has delivered interviews and presentations at market events, including MeetTheBoss TV, SAPPHIRE 2010, Webster-Buchanan Multi-Country Payroll Forum and the Hackett Payroll Forum. Her published articles include “Long Tail of HR” and “Bridging the Gap in Your Payroll Solution.”

Cay joined OSV in 2017 as vice president of communications, and assumed her current position in 2018. She brings over 30 years of experience in HR, sales, marketing, operations and product management. Cay received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the State of New York.
