Carol is a senior finance professional with over 20 years of experience across several industries, currently working with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto. In her current capacity, she serves as a resource for senior leaders and departments in policy interpretation, ensuring that identified and emergent financial risks are identified and quickly reported. Carol oversees MIS Guidelines compliance and the implementation of public sector accounting standards and government regulations. Her background includes a range of Canadian and international auditing and accounting leadership roles in public accountancy, the public sector, private sector, and in not-for-profit organizations. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has volunteered with non-profits that include the Newcomer Centre of Peel; DECA Ontario; the Canadian Youth Business Foundation and a number of focus groups and committees. Carol is a CPA, CGA (2008) and holds an MBA from the University of Manchester (2007).
