Brock McMillan
Brock is a partner and senior vice-president with Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance Inc. He specializes in all facets of corporate finance, including advising companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, financings and strategic advisory assignments. He has advised on over 50 domestic and cross-border M&A and financing transactions involving private and public companies and private equity firms.
In addition, he has advised numerous boards of directors and senior management teams of public, private and government organizations on the assessment of their strategic options.
