Bob Sacco

Bob is the leader of KPMG’s Trade and Customs practice in Toronto. He has almost 35 years of experience in the customs and trade area, including government, with Canada Customs (now the CBSA) and public practice. Bob leads a team of trade and customs professionals in Eastern Canada.

Bob and his team assist a wide range of manufacturers and distributors with all aspects of customs compliance and planning, including assisting with systems and accounting support; structuring import transactions; trade agreements including NAFTA; duty drawbacks, refunds and remissions; Orders-in-Council granting remission of duties and taxes; representations to government on behalf of clients with respect to tariff relief programs and audit issues; and litigation support.
