Barry Munro

Barry leads the Canadian Lead Advisory practice and is also the national oil and gas industry sector leader. He focuses on all facets of corporate finance, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, valuations and financings. Barry’s experience includes advising on deal sourcing, valuations, negotiations and leading multidisciplinary teams of tax, legal, due diligence and accounting professionals. He serves on the board of the Calgary Stampede Foundation, the Corporate Relations Committee of the Calgary Stampede and the major donor cabinet of the United Way of Calgary.
