Anthony Bellomo

Anthony is a senior professional with a broad experience in finance and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

As VP of Finance at Mitel, Anthony has responsibility for financial reporting as well as global financial services. He is actively involved in M&A through financial due diligence and financing as well as regulatory filings relating to M&A activities. He has been involved in a number of acquisitions and divestitures at Mitel, from diligence to post-acquisition integration.

Anthony’s previous experience was director of Finance at Onex Corporation, where he was responsible for financial reporting and was involved in various Canadian and U.S. M&A activities, including carve-outs and IPOs. Prior to Onex, Anthony was an audit manager at Deloitte.

Anthony obtained his CA designation in 2001, his U.S. CPA designation in 2002 and is a CFA Charterholder (2004). He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo (Bachelor of Mathematics 2000 and Masters of Accounting, 2001).
