Annie Gosselin

Annie specializes in commodity taxes including GST/HST, QST and other provincial sales taxes. For over 20 years, she has worked on a wide variety of sales tax issues most exclusively for government and public sector organizations. 
Annie has provided indirect tax consulting and planning services to a significant number of government entities, federal agencies, crown corporations, municipalities, national associations, NPOs, universities, colleges and other public sector entities. 
On a day-to-day basis, Annie is involved in commodity tax audits, planning, analysis, ruling or interpretation requests, claims, objections, appeals and negotiations with tax authorities. She also provides technical support and quality assurance review to the PwC indirect tax team across Canada with respect to public sector clients. 
Annie has authored conference papers on commodity tax matters for the Symposium sur les taxes à la consummation of APFF and is a regular contributor to Bulletin CCH. 
Annie is perfectly bilingual (French and English) and has a Master Degree in Tax from Sherbrooke University (1997). She has always been practicing exclusively in the commodity tax field since 1997.
