Andrea Cohen Barrack

Andrea is the CEO of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, one of Canada’s largest granting foundations. She serves as the chair of International Planned Parenthood Federation, Western Hemisphere Region. She is the chair of the Dean’s Council for the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University, the vice-chair of the Scarborough and Rouge Hospital board, a mentor with CivicAction DiverseCity Fellows and an advisory board member for the Centre for Effective Philanthropy. In 2016, she was recognized as a WXN Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winner, an honour celebrating fearless female leaders whose efforts to succeed continue to inspire others.

In 2017, Andrea received the Alumni / Society of Graduates’ Leadership Award. This award honours a graduate of the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation program at the University of Toronto who has made a significant contribution to the fields of health policy, health management and/or health evaluation to celebrate their example and to inspire others.
