André Boulais
André is the owner of Boulais CPA Inc., a public accounting firm in the Montérégie region in Quebec, and holds a graduate diploma in taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke. He is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA Québec)'s working group on taxation and commodity taxes, the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Association de planification fiscale et financière (APFF). André is also a lecturer in taxation at HEC Montréal and the Université du Québec à Montréal.
In 2010, the CGA legacy association presented him with a lifetime membership in recognition of his exceptional commitment to the accounting profession and to CGA Québec. As a tax specialist, André’s work extends to many areas, including personal and corporate income taxes, estate planning as well as business reorganizations, purchases and sales.
