Allison Patterson

With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Allison has led multi-functional teams through complex projects and deliverables in different sectors including accounting and pharmaceuticals. Allison is currently the director of member experience at CPA Ontario. In this role, she is responsible for strategic initiatives such as the NPS/engagement surveys, market research insights as well as overseeing many operational programs such as communities of interest, affinity/benefits, local associations and awards and recognition. Most recently, Allison harmonized the tax preparation program and expanded the reach to Indigenous communities.

Allison also holds an M.Ed and the CMC and CTDP designations. She has served as a board director on several different boards, most recently as the national chair for the Institute for Performance and Learning. She lives in Toronto with her husband and three children.
