Alex Lau

Alex is an Assurance Partner of Grant Thornton and is based out of the lower mainland in British Columbia. He has twelve years of experience providing accounting, audit, and advisory services to not-for-profit organizations of various sizes and causes. He is active in the community through his role as the Chair of the Board at the Saint James Music Academy in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver and as the Vice Chair of the Leaders of Tomorrow Program through the Vancouver Board of Trade. Through his professional and personal experiences, Alex is passionately involved in impact measurement, cloud accounting and CRM systems, and new methods of donor engagement.
