For many Canadian organizations, effective plans, costs and budgets are a top priority – and a challenge.

In this hands-on, two-day workshop, you will build a deeper understanding of integrated resource management through practical exercises, proven techniques and ready-to-apply solutions that are grounded in a real-world context.

Learn how to create dynamic business models that accurately forecast operational improvements and optimization without sacrificing the quality of your company’s products and services. The methodology used in this workshop is based on research published by the Consortium for Advanced Management – International (CAM-I) and is applicable to all industry sectors. CAM-I’s “Closed Loop” methodology supports an integrated resource management approach where multi-functional teams collaborate to develop predictive business models.

Note: This workshop expands on the concepts covered in Effective Operational Planning and Budgeting.

"I am pleased to endorse this workshop offered by CPA Canada. Derek Sandison and Mike Haley continue to advance the concepts and are recognized world-wide for their knowledge transfer and facilitation expertise on the topic." - Ashok Vadgama, President of CAM-I
