Dwayne Bragonier is a shareholder and CEO of BAI Bragonier & Associates Inc.
Dwayne is the founding architect of BAIWay ClientDocs – Canada’s leading public accounting firm processes management product. It incorporates a Canadian professional accounting firm’s process risks and the controls that need to be put into place and provide members with huge efficiencies via integrated well defined integrated work protocols. Member firms now represent 2,500+ members at 110 locations across the country.
Dwayne is internationally known for his candor and practical expertise in implementing DMS solutions to CPA firms using CaseWare’s Working Papers as the foundation for the unpublished documents. He has been a repeat presenter / lecturer for CPA Canada, CPA Ontario, AICPA and to both undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the University of Toronto, to name a few. Dwayne is also an award-winning author having written a monthly tech column and numerous featured articles for CPA Canada’s member magazines (CPA + CA Magazine). Dwayne and his wife, Lana, live in Mississauga, ON.
